PACHUCA, Hgo.- Una ciudad perdida o un pueblo sin ley existe a espaldas del Centro de Readaptación Social para Adultos de Pachuca, criticas hay muchas, excesos bastantes, sin embargo, predomina la impunidad en la llamada colonia 20 de Noviembre, pareciera que las autoridades Estatales y Municipales prefieren dejar ese coto de poder a lidercillos que abusan de la necesidad de las personas.
Con frecuencia se puede observar a grupos de Antorcha Campesina que hacen plantones frente a Palacio de Gobierno donde lanzan una serie de consignas y presentan múltiples demandas, empero, pareciera que todo está arreglado, pues la autoridad accede y aumenta el poder de las organizaciones.
¿QUIÉN PAGO LA OBRA?
En días pasados, Antorcha Campesina “cacaraqueaba” como propia la obra de construcción de un bachillerado de la colonia 20 de Noviembre, además, convocaba a la inauguración del centro educativo de educación media superior que llevaría el nombre de “Nicolás Romero”.
Si la obra fue construida con dinero de Antorcha Campesina tiene todo el derecho de aprovechar la obra como bandera política, sin embargo, si únicamente fueron gestores un la construcción se realizó con recursos públicos no debe tener fines políticos o se estaría incurriendo en un delito.
Cuando gobierno accede a las presiones de las organizaciones políticas exhibe su incapacidad, los funcionarios carecen conocimientos para detectar prioridades y al acceder a presiones alteran el plan de Desarrollo.
LA SAN FELIPE DE HIDALGO
Se dice que el tianguis de la colonia San Felipe de Jesús, en la Ciudad de México, es el más grande de América Latina. Quizá el mercado sobre ruedas de la calle Cereso, en la colonia 20 de Noviembre, se perfile para ser el más grande de Hidalgo, pues la anarquía ha dado origen a un crecimiento desmedido y los líderes se llenan las bolsas con dinero de los comerciantes.
Los comerciantes del este tianguis dominical se instalan al amanecer y se van cuando empieza a oscurecer, algunos comentan: Trabajamos desde que canta el gallo y hasta que chilla el grillo”.
Indican que hay dos hombres que nunca han sabido que trabajen, se sienten dueños de las calles, cada uno cobra un lado de la banqueta, uno pertenece a la UNTA y otro de Antorcha Campesina, exigen quince pesos por escasamente dos de ancho por uno y medio de largo, cada espacio está marcado con una raya roja en la guarnición, no reciben un solo boleto para acreditar la aportación, el dinero se va directo a la bolsa de los líderes. Sin duda, un ejemplo de esa corrupción que tanto daña a México.
Los comerciantes en algunos casos se desmarcan de pertenecer a las referidas organizaciones, advierten que contra su voluntad los obligan a participar en plantones o marchas, no hacerlo representaría perder su derecho al espacio para vender los domingos.
En algunos casos refieren que los representantes de las organizaciones políticas son groseros, exigen el dinero de la cuota aunque no haya clientes por mal tiempo, no pueden alzar la voz porque con palabras obscenas les advierten que los correrán.
Sin embargo, dejaron claro que pagar oportunamente y acudir a las marchas les da derecho a ciertos privilegios como sería pasar por alto a las autoridades municipales y estatales, pues ahí no entra reglamentos municipales, muchos menos la Secretaria de Salud Estatal que podría prevenir muchas enfermedades.
En recorrido por el mercado sobre ruedas entre abundantes perros y polvo se venden carnes rojas al intemperie, sin ninguna protección, bebidas etílicas como son caguamas en vasos escarchados, piñas preparadas, frutas picadas, mariscos, alitas asadas, tacos de fritanga, hamburguesas y más que representan un problema de salud pública.
Se puede encontrar una gran mezcla de artículos nuevos y usados, ropa, zapatos, aparatos eléctricos, refacciones automotrices, plomería, herramientas, verduras, abarrotes, bueno hay hasta peluquería ambulantes entre un jacal rodeado por débiles “paredes” de hules de plástico que mueve fácilmente el viento y el cabello vuela por el merado sobre ruedas.
RIESGO DE SEGURIDAD
La inadecuada planeación del tiangues también origina riesgos de seguridad, en caso de emergencia es difícil entrar y salir, por los puestos que obstruyen la avenida principal.
La tarde de hoy, domingo, el operador de una camioneta al parecer Voyager, atropelló a un menor, la tía de la víctima afirmó que le destrozó la pierna al chiquillo, el operador se dio a la fuga y en su loca carrera se fue a impactar contra una casa en construcción de la calle Cereso y Colibrí, fue un problema para que entraran los cuerpos de seguridad que debieron zigzaguear entre las arterias.
Sin duda, Gobierno Estatal y Municipal deben unir esfuerzos, dejar de estar “sentados en sus laureles” y empezar poner orden en la referida colonia donde los “lideres” se despachan con la cuchara grande al llenarse los bolsillos con el dinero que cobran como “impuestos” a los comerciantes que se instalan en la calle.

  13. July 23 (Reuters) – Philip Morris International pushed the test-launch of its heated tobacco device, IQOS, in the
    U.S. to the fourth quarter on Tuesday and lowered its
    annual forecast for the heated tobacco business.

    The pilot was earlier scheduled to run in Austin, Texas,
    in the second quarter, for which the company reported results on the day.

    The company declined to comment on why the launch had been delayed.

    Philip Morris has invested billions to promote and expand its portfolio of
    alternatives to traditional combustible cigarettes amid stricter regulations
    and falling smoking rates in some markets.

    The launch of its flagship heated tobacco device in the United States is also facing
    resistance from health campaigners, who have written to regulators in the country accusing
    the company of misrepresenting past regulatory decisions, Reuters reported last week.

    The company also awaits market authorization from the U.S.
    Food and Drug Administration for its IQOS ILUMA device, which it expects
    by the second half of 2025.

    A ban on flavored heated tobacco in the European Union has already
    hit shipments this year, with Philip Morris saying the impact from the ban was «slightly greater» than previously assumed.

    This led the company to temper its expectations for volume growth in the heated tobacco category to around 13% for the full year,
    down from between 14% and 16% expected earlier.

    However, Philip Morris topped quarterly expectations and raised its annual sales and profit forecasts,
    betting on demand for its Zyn nicotine pouches,
