mi\u00e9rcoles en la colonia Parque de Poblamiento.<\/li>\n<li>Representa una inversi\u00f3n de 100 mil pesos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pachuca de Soto, Hgo; 07 de julio de 2015<\/p>\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de fomentar una cultura de expresi\u00f3n art\u00edstica mediante graffiti, el ayuntamiento de Pachuca que encabeza Eleazar Garc\u00eda S\u00e1nchez, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Municipal para la Juventud, llevar\u00e1 a cabo el proyecto denominado \u201cDe pinta por Pachuca\u201d el cual tiene como objetivo rescatar y brindar espacios p\u00fablicos\u00a0 como medio de expresi\u00f3n juvenil.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el alcalde capitalino, crear una ciudad con rostro humano, implica entre otras cosas rescatar espacios p\u00fablicos a trav\u00e9s de la cultura, de tal manera que la reciente administraci\u00f3n ha impulsado este sector para que los ciudadanos puedan plasmar y expresarse a trav\u00e9s de sus diversas formas \u201cDebido al crecimiento que ha tenido el movimiento de arte urbano en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, y a la necesidad de dotar a la juventud de espacios para su libre expresi\u00f3n, es que hemos decidido llevar a cabo este ejercicio, que nos permitir\u00e1 estar cerca de nuestros j\u00f3venes y brindarles lugares donde puedan sentirse c\u00f3modos y a gusto\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones el gobierno municipal, busca fomentar un acercamiento e integraci\u00f3n entre la sociedad y el arte urbano, e impulsar una cultura de valores y expresi\u00f3n art\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl proyecto operado en coordinaci\u00f3n con diferentes grupos de graffiteros y artistas urbanos de Pachuca busca\u00a0 rescatar espacios p\u00fablicos dentro de la ciudad, en los cuales los j\u00f3venes puedan manifestar su arte y al mismo tiempo embellecer los espacios con murales emblem\u00e1ticos,\u00a0 orientados a rescatar valores o hacer alusi\u00f3n a lugares, fechas y personajes representativos de Pachuca\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Tatiana Deschamps Rubio, Directora del Instituto Municipal para la Juventud, adicionalmente el programa contempla la realizaci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1ticas y talleres de arte urbano, break dance, equidad de g\u00e9nero, drogadicci\u00f3n y desarrollo integral, como una forma de intervenci\u00f3n social con las y los j\u00f3venes de las zonas participantes, actividades que les ayudan a alejarse de la drogadicci\u00f3n y la delincuencia, creando una cultura de paz.<\/p>\n<p>El banderazo inicial del programa De pinta por Pachuca, ser\u00e1 realizado en la cicloruta de la colonia Parque de Poblamiento, este mi\u00e9rcoles 7 julio en donde se plasmar\u00e1 el primer mural.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto el Secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Desarrollo Urbano, Vivienda y Movilidad de Pachuca, V\u00edctor Bautista Ram\u00edrez expres\u00f3 que una de las acciones que ha impulsado el presidente municipal, es el mejoramiento de la imagen urbana, lo anterior, dijo, en acciones coordinadas con otras secretar\u00edas, lo cual permitir\u00e1 tener mejores espacios p\u00fablicos y por consecuencia una visi\u00f3n distinta de la ciudad \u201cEstaremos atentos para sumarnos a esta estrategia, los espacios p\u00fablicos nos permiten tener un mejor entorno y como resultado mejores ciudadanos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte Alma Lidia de la Vega S\u00e1nchez, Secretaria de Desarrollo Humano y Social, dio a conocer que estas acciones representan una inversi\u00f3n de 100 mil pesos, adem\u00e1s de la ayuda de la iniciativa privada e inicialmente se tienen consideradas la
