O., a trav\u00e9s de un procedimiento abreviado acept\u00f3 su responsabilidad en  hechos que la ley sanciona como uso Il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades agravado, en detrimento de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<br \/>\nA trav\u00e9s de un procedimiento abreviado, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 a A. M.
