sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>DA INICIO AUDITOR\u00cdA EXTERNA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La empresa SAI Global M\u00e9xico ser\u00e1 la encargada de realizar la auditoria<\/li>\n<li>Hasta el momento el ayuntamiento cuenta con 24 procesos certificados con la norma ISO 9001:2008<\/li>\n<li>Se pretende que se incorporen 2 nuevos procesos: La Direcci\u00f3n de egresos y el C2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El alcalde de Pachuca Eleazar Garc\u00eda S\u00e1nchez, encabez\u00f3 la apertura de la auditor\u00eda de seguimiento del programa de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad, y para la ocasi\u00f3n estuvo acompa\u00f1ado de Raquel Ram\u00edrez Vargas, secretaria de Contralor\u00eda y Transparencia y de Eduardo Noriega Fern\u00e1ndez, Director General de SAI Global M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>El mun\u00edcipe capitalino extern\u00f3 que con estas acciones se refrenda el compromiso de todas las \u00e1reas del ayuntamiento con el prop\u00f3sito de ser m\u00e1s eficaz en la atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda, adem\u00e1s subray\u00f3 que con el inicio de este proceso de auditor\u00eda en el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad, permite ofrecer mejora interna a la que se le ha apostado desde el inicio de la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Eleazar Garc\u00eda resalt\u00f3 que al d\u00eda de hoy se tienen 24 procesos certificados con la norma ISO 9001:2008 y para esta ocasi\u00f3n se pretende incorporar 2 nuevos procesos, uno de la Direcci\u00f3n de Egresos y el otro el C2.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn especial quiero agradecer la labor y compromiso de la Secretar\u00eda de la Contralor\u00eda, calificar el trabajo de las diferentes \u00e1reas no es una tarea sencilla, pero con agrado observo que ustedes se esfuerzan d\u00eda a d\u00eda para hacer que nuestro ayuntamiento avance un paso m\u00e1s hacia la excelencia\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El servicio p\u00fablico, dijo, es una profesi\u00f3n de ayuda o asistencia a la poblaci\u00f3n, \u201cgarantizar que los procesos se cumplan con las normas de calidad es el primer paso para demostrar que somos un gobierno profesional, planificando y organizando que trabaja por un objetivo en com\u00fan, el bienestar de Pachuca\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Garc\u00eda S\u00e1nchez abund\u00f3 que la recertificaci\u00f3n implica un reto para demostrar lo que ha logrado la administraci\u00f3n municipal, \u201cqueremos que la ciudadan\u00eda perciba la eficiencia y trato que hemos impulsado, todos estamos sujetos a ser evaluados, estoy convencido que somos un gran equipo que ha demostrado salir adelante ante los retos que implica esta ciudad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En su oportunidad Raquel Ram\u00edrez Vargas, Contralora del ayuntamiento explic\u00f3 que el fortalecimiento de los gobiernos locales tambi\u00e9n incide en adoptar mecanismos que orienten sus pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y su actuar en herramientas que coadyuven a un buen gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor ello es de destacar que para esta administraci\u00f3n es de gran importancia, pues exige e impulsa a adoptar mecanismos encaminados a la mejora continua, en donde prevalecen esquemas de control, as\u00ed como el fortalecimiento de acciones que dan aporte a la gobernanza y a la nueva gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, componentes fundamentales que se amalgaman para lograr que el quehacer gubernamental est\u00e9 inscrito en
