\nPese a las se\u00f1alizaciones, veh\u00edculos han sido detectados atravesando la zona cuando el concreto a\u00fan no termina su fraguado, poniendo en riesgo la calidad de una obra que representa desarrollo y bienestar para Tepeapulco.
