A. P. R., fue aprehendida en Veracruz por elementos de la Unidad Especializada en el Combate al Secuestro (UECS) de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), con apoyo de personal de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de ese estado.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos que se le imputan a la persona aprehendida ocurrieron en Tulancingo de Bravo en 2014, cuando la v\u00edctima fue plagiada y llevada a una casa de seguridad, desde donde sus captores, exig\u00edan el pago de tres millones de pesos a cambio de su libertad.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que se denunci\u00f3 el secuestro ante la PGJEH, la UECS despleg\u00f3 un operativo de inteligencia y t\u00e1ctico con el que se rescat\u00f3 con vida a la v\u00edctima y se detuvieron a cuatro personas relacionadas con el hecho investigado, quienes ya fueron procesadas penalmente; sin embargo E. A. P. R., permanec\u00eda pr\u00f3fugo y ahora con la colaboraci\u00f3n de autoridades de Veracruz fue ubicado y aprehendido en el municipio de Tantoyuca.<\/p>\n<p>El probable responsable fue trasladado a Hidalgo para que el Ministerio P\u00fablico lo presente ante un juez de control y solicite su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; El delito fue cometido en Tulancingo VERACRUZ, Ver. &#8211; Una persona de iniciales E.
