Personal de la Divisi\u00f3n de Inteligencia de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia de Hidalgo (PGJEH), en coordinaci\u00f3n con elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Hidalgo (SSPH) , Secretar\u00eda de Marina (SEMAR), de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico y de la Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional Antisecuestro (CONASE), ejecutaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra una persona identificada con iniciales O. G. M., investigada por hechos que la ley sanciona como homicidio doloso calificado y homicidio doloso calificado en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n
Los hechos en los que se le relaciona al investigado, ocurrieron en Tecozautla, el pasado 26 de mayo, cuando un polic\u00eda estatal, fue localizado sin vida al interior de una patrulla y un agente m\u00e1s fue lesionado por proyectil de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n
Derivado de lo ocurrido se iniciaron las indagatorias correspondientes y de ellas se determin\u00f3 la identidad del probable responsable, por quien el Ministerio P\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, misma que al ser otorgada fue ejecutada la tarde de hoy en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n
El probable responsable ser\u00e1 presentado ante la autoridad judicial, quien se encargar\u00e1 de resolver su situaci\u00f3n legal con base en la formulaci\u00f3n de la imputaci\u00f3n a cargo de esta representaci\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
