{"id":62899,"date":"2024-04-01T23:18:53","date_gmt":"2024-04-02T05:18:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=62899"},"modified":"2024-04-01T23:18:53","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T05:18:53","slug":"mp-consigue-vinculacion-a-proceso-para-persona-investigada-por-homicidio-doloso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2024\/04\/01\/mp-consigue-vinculacion-a-proceso-para-persona-investigada-por-homicidio-doloso\/","title":{"rendered":"MP consigue vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para persona investigada por homicidio doloso\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>PACHUCA, Hgo. &#8211; Un agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Unidad Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Homicidio Doloso y Narcomenudeo, de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), se alleg\u00f3 de suficientes datos de prueba contra una persona a quien se le imputan hechos que la ley sanciona como homicidio doloso calificado.<\/p>\n<p>Las indagatorias iniciaron a partir de la denuncia ante esta representaci\u00f3n social sobre hechos ocurridos en la colonia La Loma, de Pachuca de Soto, el 06 de julio de 2022, cuando la v\u00edctima fue golpeada en reiteradas ocasiones y derivado de las lesiones que sufri\u00f3, perdi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Con base en esos hechos, esta representaci\u00f3n social se alleg\u00f3 de datos de prueba suficientes contra el probable responsable de iniciales I. M.
