A. T. D. quien es se\u00f1alado, por presuntamente cometer el delito de peculado.<\/p>\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo este martes 17 de enero en Pachuca y estuvo a cargo de elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n, quienes dieron cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n liberada por el juez, con base en una Carpeta de Investigaci\u00f3n iniciada el 18 de noviembre de 2016, por la Direcci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica de la SEPH.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, presuntamente el ex funcionario aprovech\u00f3 que se desempe\u00f1aba en un cargo p\u00fablico para apropiarse de dinero del Gobierno del estado de Hidalgo, concretamente de la SEPH y del Instituto Hidalguense de Educaci\u00f3n (IHE).<br \/>\nhttps::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2017\/01\/16\/enganos-al-emplazar-automoviles\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resultado de peculado en SEPH La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) aprehendi\u00f3 al ex Director General de Recursos Financieros de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de Hidalgo (SEPH) de iniciales J.
