E. G. S., exalcalde de Pachuca de Soto, investigado por peculado en agravio de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica municipal.<\/p>\n<p>La orden de aprehensi\u00f3n fue ejecutada por elementos de investigaci\u00f3n del grupo especial de la Unidad de Alto Impacto, este s\u00e1bado 03 de febrero en la calle Chabacano, de la colonia Ampliaci\u00f3n Santa Julia, del municipio antes mencionado.<\/p>\n<p>A la persona imputada, quien ser\u00e1 presentada ante un juez de control para que en audiencia inicial el MP formule la imputaci\u00f3n y solicite la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, se le investiga por haber suscrito sin la debida autorizaci\u00f3n del cabildo, 12 convenios que ocasionaron al ayuntamiento un detrimento financiero de 37 millones 476 mil pesos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.-\u00a0La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) detuvo mediante orden de aprehensi\u00f3n a una persona identificada con iniciales E.
