F. D. C., por fraude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que investiga esta representaci\u00f3n\nsocial, ocurrieron en mayo de 2021, fecha en que la v\u00edctima solicit\u00f3 los\nservicios de la firma jur\u00eddica propiedad del ahora imputado, quien solicit\u00f3\ndiversas cantidades de dinero, por una suma total de 133 mil 922 pesos, por\nconcepto de tr\u00e1mites que nunca se llevaron a cabo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima al percatarse de la inexistencia de\ndichos tr\u00e1mites, realiz\u00f3 su denuncia ante la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia\ndel Estado de Hidalgo, contra J. F. D. C., por hechos probablemente\nconstitutivos de delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que el imputado, quien se encuentra\nbajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva por otros asuntos penales que\nenfrenta, fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial, el Ministerio P\u00fablico le\nformul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y present\u00f3 los datos de prueba necesarios, para obtener este\nnuevo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para J. F. D.
