O. N., por peculado agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en hechos ocurridos en abril de 2020,\nmientras la persona imputada se desempe\u00f1aba como tesorera del ayuntamiento de\nProgreso de Obreg\u00f3n, esta representaci\u00f3n social inici\u00f3 una carpeta de\ninvestigaci\u00f3n por un desfalco de 1 mill\u00f3n 620 mil pesos, provenientes del Fondo\nde Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social 2020 (FAISM), en detrimento de\nla administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de lo ocurrido, se iniciaron las\ninvestigaciones y de ellas resultaron dos personas investigadas, R. M. R., y M.\nO. N., exalcalde y tesorera del ayuntamiento, en la pasada administraci\u00f3n\nmunicipal, ya vinculado a proceso por los mismos hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con los datos de prueba de los que se alleg\u00f3\nla Unidad Especial encargada de la investigaci\u00f3n del maxiproceso de la Estafa\nSiniestra procedi\u00f3 penalmente contra la imputada y en audiencia inicial se\nformul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n ante un juez de control, autoridad que dict\u00f3 el auto de\nvinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de peculado agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las medidas cautelares impuestas\npara M. O. N., quien cuenta con un amparo para evitar que se le ejecute una\norden de aprehensi\u00f3n, son: no acercarse a la presidencia municipal ni a los\ntestigos, as\u00ed como la firma peri\u00f3dica.
