M. L. C., fue vinculada a proceso por la autoridad judicial, quien impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, en raz\u00f3n de un amparo, en audiencia de cambio de medida cautelar, un juez de control suspendi\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada para quien se le imputan hechos ocurridos durante su gesti\u00f3n al frente del Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores al Servicio del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Hidalgo (S. U. T. S. P. E. E. H.).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora le fueron impuestas como medidas cautelares la firma peri\u00f3dica, prohibici\u00f3n para salir del pa\u00eds, no acercarse a las oficinas de dicho sindicato y la separaci\u00f3n del cargo.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso penal contra V. M. L.
