R. R. M., investigada por homicidio doloso calificado, ocurrido en Tizayuca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que son imputados al probable,\ntuvieron lugar en la calle Cuauht\u00e9moc del citado\nmunicipio, el pasado 8 de marzo de 2023, cuando elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de\nSeguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, informaron sobre el hallazgo del cuerpo sin vida\nde una persona del sexo masculino, quien respond\u00eda a las iniciales E. G. G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de lo sucedido, elementos\nde las divisiones de investigaci\u00f3n y cient\u00edfica, arribaron al lugar de los\nhechos, para iniciar con las pesquisas necesarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue a trav\u00e9s de las investigaciones\ncoordinadas por el Ministerio P\u00fablico como se determin\u00f3 la identidad del\nimputado, raz\u00f3n por la que se solicit\u00f3 a un juez de control la orden de\naprehensi\u00f3n, misma que fue ejecutada por elementos de la Agencia de\nInvestigaci\u00f3n Criminal, el 15 de junio de 2023, en Tizayuca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n\nsocial formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y solicit\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, misma que fue\nconcedida por el juez de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida cautelar que le impuso la autoridad judicial a O. R.
