I. C. C., por hechos\nque la ley sanciona como incumplimiento de un deber legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos imputados ocurrieron entre&nbsp; septiembre de 2020 y enero de 2021, mientras\nla persona investigada se desempe\u00f1aba como titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de\nControl de la Secretar\u00eda de la Contralor\u00eda y a su vez como titular de la\nContralor\u00eda del ayuntamiento de Pachuca de Soto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raz\u00f3n de lo anterior, se ausent\u00f3 de su\nempleo sin que hubiera una raz\u00f3n justificada y dej\u00f3 de cumplir con las\nfunciones correspondientes a su cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de lo ocurrido, esta representaci\u00f3n\nsocial inici\u00f3 con las investigaciones correspondientes y reuni\u00f3 los datos de\nprueba necesarios contra G. I. C. C., y los present\u00f3 ante la autoridad\njudicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial, el Ministerio P\u00fablico\nformul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n contra la probable responsable y obtuvo su vinculaci\u00f3n a\nproceso por lo antes citado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida cautelar impuesta para G. I. C.
