\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Convierten al municipio en un mercado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Juan Sabino Cruz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TLANALAPA, Hgo. \u2013 Un crecimiento an\u00e1rquico se experimenta en\nla cabecera municipal de Tlanalapa, las construcciones y puestos con diferentes\nproductos aparecen son control como hongos en la plaza principal y a orilla de\ncarreteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa\u00fal Garc\u00eda Ordo\u00f1ez, presidente municipal de Tlanalapa, debe\nponer orden en sus funcionarios para que cumplan con honestidad y eficiencia en\nbeneficio del pueblo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francisco Hern\u00e1ndez Jim\u00e9nez, director de Reglamentos\nMunicipales, lleg\u00f3 al cargo hace aproximadamente un a\u00f1o, empez\u00f3 bien, aplicando\nleyes, bandos y reglamentos, puso orden hasta en los horarios de\nfuncionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lamentablemente, parece que el director de reglamentos se ha\nquedado en zona de confort, mientras vuelve crece en forma desordenada el crecimiento\ndesordenado del comercio ambulante, ahora la plaza principal parece un mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lamentablemente, este crecimiento desordenado tambi\u00e9n existe\nen construcciones de inmuebles sin control, sin apeg\u00f3 al plan estatal y\nmunicipal de desarrollo y, claro, sin los m\u00faltiples permisos como es impacto\nambiental, factibilidad de servicios entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la orilla de la carretera federal Pachuca \u2013 Ciudad Sahag\u00fan,\nadelante de la desviaci\u00f3n para Tlanalapa, se levanta una enorme construcci\u00f3n\nsin los referidos permisos, pero con la tolerancia de obras p\u00fablicas del\nmunicipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los funcionarios municipales deben entender que est\u00e1n a un a\u00f1o y cuatro meses de terminar la administraci\u00f3n, as\u00ed que deben trabajar con eficiencia o entregar el cargo para que sea ocupado con ganas con deseos de trabajar y no general problemas a su alcalde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img
