T. B., por uso il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos por los que es\ninvestigada Y. T. B., ocurrieron mientras se desempe\u00f1aba como presidenta\nmunicipal de Pachuca de Soto, durante el periodo 2016-2020, cuando realiz\u00f3\npagos sin la autorizaci\u00f3n del ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de lo ocurrido y una vez\nrealizada la denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos de Corrupci\u00f3n,\nel Ministerio P\u00fablico integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y se alleg\u00f3 de datos\nde prueba con los que solicit\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, que hoy fue ejecutada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La persona imputada fue ingresada al Centro de\nReinserci\u00f3n Social de Pachuca de Soto, en tanto el Ministerio P\u00fablico ha\nsolicitado fecha y hora para que se lleve a cabo la audiencia inicial en la que\nse le formular\u00e1 imputaci\u00f3n y se solicitar\u00e1 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por uso il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades agravado.
