{"id":55989,"date":"2023-04-28T13:03:20","date_gmt":"2023-04-28T18:03:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=55989"},"modified":"2023-04-28T13:03:22","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T18:03:22","slug":"presidente-municipal-ya-fue-vinculado-a-proceso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2023\/04\/28\/presidente-municipal-ya-fue-vinculado-a-proceso\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente Municipal ya fue vinculado a proceso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1007\" height=\"841\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/zxq.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55990\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/zxq.jpg 1007w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/zxq-300x251.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/zxq-768x641.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1007px) 100vw, 1007px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por atribuciones y facultades agravado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TLAHUELILPAN, Hgo. &#8211; Investigaciones coordinadas por agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), sirvieron para obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por hechos que la ley sanciona como uso Il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 18 de marzo de 2022 el imputado\nidentificado como Jos\u00e9 Alfredo \u201cN\u201d, mientras fung\u00eda como presidente municipal\nen Tlahuelilpan, firm\u00f3 distintos contratos por concepto de arrendamiento de\nmaquinaria y\/o equipo para salvaguardar la salud, bienestar y progreso de la\npoblaci\u00f3n, por un monto de 18 millones 380 mil 890 pesos, sin realizar los\nprocedimientos adecuados establecidos en la Ley de Adquisiciones,\nArrendamientos y Servicios del Sector P\u00fablico del estado de Hidalgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos hechos y con los datos de prueba\nrecabados por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, esta representaci\u00f3n social formul\u00f3\nimputaci\u00f3n y solicit\u00f3 a la autoridad judicial el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso\npara el probable, mismo que fue concedido durante la audiencia de inicial, por\nuso Il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dicha audiencia, el juez impuso como\nmedidas cautelares la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del estado, as\u00ed como la prohibici\u00f3n\nde acercarse a las instalaciones de la presidencia municipal de Tlahuelilpan y\nla prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse al personal que labora en la alcald\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s estableci\u00f3 un periodo de\ncuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por atribuciones y facultades agravado TLAHUELILPAN, Hgo. &#8211; Investigaciones coordinadas por agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), sirvieron para obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por hechos que la ley sanciona como uso Il\u00edcito de atribuciones y facultades agravado.
