N. Q., investigada por violaci\u00f3n equiparada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que dieron origen al inicio de una\ncarpeta de investigaci\u00f3n contra el imputado ocurrieron en abril de 2021, cuando\nuna persona menor de edad fue agredida sexualmente en el interior de las\noficinas de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de la presidencia municipal de Mixquiahuala de\nJu\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo ocurrido fue denunciado ante la PGJEH y se\ninici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que es integrada por un agente del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico que se alleg\u00f3 de datos de prueba contra el probable y con\nbase en ellos solicit\u00f3 a un juez de control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n para D. N.\nQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que fue concedido el\nmandamiento judicial, esta tarde fue ejecutado por agentes de la Divisi\u00f3n de\nInvestigaci\u00f3n.
