E. F.\nM., a quien se le imputan hechos que la ley sanciona como violaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado\n31 de marzo, el probable fue aprehendido en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico por elementos\nde la divisi\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n de la PGJEH y presentado ante un juez de\ncontrol para que el Ministerio P\u00fablico le formulara imputaci\u00f3n y solicitara su\nvinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\naudiencia inicial esta representaci\u00f3n social imput\u00f3 hechos ocurridos el 28 de\njunio 2022, fecha en que la v\u00edctima refiere haber sido agredida sexualmente por\nA. E. F. M., sin embargo, en dicha audiencia el probable se acogi\u00f3 a la\nduplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la\ncontinuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia ocurrida este mi\u00e9rcoles 05 de abril, personal la\nministerial adscrito a la Fiscal\u00eda de Delitos Sexuales y Contra la Familia\nlogr\u00f3 acreditar la probable responsabilidad del imputado y la autoridad\njudicial dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida\ncautelar a la persona investigada le fue impuesta la prisi\u00f3n preventiva y\nestableci\u00f3 un mes como plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pachuca de Soto, Hgo. &#8211; La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona identificada con las iniciales A.
