M. T., ocurrido en Tecozautla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos imputados\na quien est\u00e1 identificado como Marco Antonio \u201cN\u201d, ocurrieron en diciembre de\n2017, fecha en que se notific\u00f3 a esta representaci\u00f3n social sobre el hallazgo\ndel cuerpo sin vida de una persona de sexo femenino en la presa San Antonio,\ndel municipio antes mencionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado del hallazgo, se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de\ninvestigaci\u00f3n y las indagatorias comenzaron bajo el protocolo de feminicidio.\nCon base en las actuaciones ministeriales se determin\u00f3 la probable\nresponsabilidad del hoy sentenciado, quien fue detenido mediante orden de\naprehensi\u00f3n ejecutada por agentes de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El entonces probable\nfue presentado ante la autoridad judicial, quien posteriormente y con base en\nla formulaci\u00f3n de la imputaci\u00f3n le dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el\nimputado expres\u00f3 su renuncia al derecho a ser juzgado mediante un juicio oral y\nsolicit\u00f3 ser procesado a trav\u00e9s de un procedimiento abreviado, raz\u00f3n por la que\nun juez de control dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda de Delitos de G\u00e9nero y Trata de Personas, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) obtuvo sentencia condenatoria para el responsable de\u00a0 feminicidio en agravio de M.
