A. M. C., por el homicidio doloso calificado cometido en Tulancingo de Bravo contra un agente de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en las investigaciones que coordina\nun agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, se determin\u00f3 la probable responsabilidad del\nimputado, quien fue detenido este 05 de diciembre, mediante una orden de\naprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de haberle ejecutado el\nmandamiento judicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social llev\u00f3 ante un juzgado penal al\nprobable, donde se le formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n por hechos que la ley sanciona como\nhomicidio doloso calificado, ocurrido el pasado 23 de octubre en la localidad\nde Santa Mar\u00eda Asunci\u00f3n, del citado municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de los datos de prueba aportados por\nel Ministerio P\u00fablico, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a\nproceso para J. A. M. C., quien permanece bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n\npreventiva oficiosa.
