{"id":53105,"date":"2022-11-27T19:39:49","date_gmt":"2022-11-28T01:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=53105"},"modified":"2022-11-27T19:39:50","modified_gmt":"2022-11-28T01:39:50","slug":"larga-condena-para-asaltantes-y-homicidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2022\/11\/27\/larga-condena-para-asaltantes-y-homicidas\/","title":{"rendered":"Larga condena para asaltantes y homicidas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"888\" height=\"608\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/00000-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53106\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/00000-2-1.jpg 888w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/00000-2-1-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/00000-2-1-768x526.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 888px) 100vw, 888px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>ZEMPOLA, Hgo.- Derivado de investigaciones realizadas por agentes ministeriales de la Subprocuradur\u00eda oriente, un tribunal de enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 50 y 30 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, para seis personas responsables de asalto equiparado agravado, homicidio agravado en grado de tentativa y homicidio doloso calificado, por hechos ocurridos en Zempoala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que originaron la\ninvestigaci\u00f3n por parte de esta representaci\u00f3n social, ocurrieron el 13 de\njunio del 2019, al interior del auditorio municipal del citado municipio, lugar\nque fue irrumpido por David \u201cN\u201d, Jorge \u201cN\u201d, Edgar \u201cN\u201d, Juan Jos\u00e9 \u201cN\u201d, Emmanuel\n\u201cN\u201d y V\u00edctor Hugo \u201cN\u201d, en el momento que personas adultas mayores recib\u00edan el\napoyo de un programa gubernamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas antes mencionadas se\napoderaron de dinero en efectivo y posteriormente, tras un enfrentamiento con\npolic\u00edas municipales, en el que perdi\u00f3 la vida un elemento de la misma\ncorporaci\u00f3n policiaca, se dieron a la fuga a bordo de un veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante un operativo los imputados\nfueron detenidos por la polic\u00eda municipal y posteriormente puestos a\ndisposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico. Como resultado de las investigaciones, la\nPGJEH obtuvo los datos de prueba suficientes contra los probables y los\npresent\u00f3 ante un juez de control, quien con base en la formulaci\u00f3n de\nimputaci\u00f3n por parte de personal de la Subprocuradur\u00eda oriente, dict\u00f3 su\nvinculaci\u00f3n a proceso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras agotarse el plazo de la\ninvestigaci\u00f3n complementaria y culminadas las etapas del proceso penal, un\ntribunal de enjuiciamiento, dict\u00f3 sentencia de 30 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para&nbsp; David \u201cN\u201d, Jorge \u201cN\u201d, Edgar \u201cN\u201d, Juan Jos\u00e9\n\u201cN\u201d y Emmanuel \u201cN\u201d&nbsp; por asalto equiparado\nagravado y homicidio agravado en grado de tentativa, y 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para\nV\u00edctor Hugo \u201cN\u201d por asalto equiparado agravado, homicidio agravado en grado de\ntentativa y homicidio doloso calificado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ZEMPOLA, Hgo.- Derivado de investigaciones realizadas por agentes ministeriales de la Subprocuradur\u00eda oriente, un tribunal de enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 50 y 30 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, para seis personas responsables de asalto equiparado agravado, homicidio agravado en grado de tentativa y homicidio doloso calificado, por hechos ocurridos en Zempoala.
