Mediante \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n ejecutas por\nelementos de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la Procuradur\u00eda General de\nJusticia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), el pasado 22 de noviembre fueron\ndetenidas dos personas de identidad reservada con iniciales I. J. P., y R. B.\nT., quienes son investigadas por el robo de una patrulla del ayuntamiento de\nAlfajayucan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los hechos imputados ocurrieron en\nseptiembre pasado, cuando servidoras y servidores p\u00fablicos de ese municipio\nfueron despojados de una patrulla de la polic\u00eda municipal, misma que\nposteriormente fue asegurada por la PGJEH a trav\u00e9s de un operativo a partir del\ncumplimiento de una orden de cateo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los probables fueron puestos a\ndisposici\u00f3n de un juez de control, autoridad ante la que un agente del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Unidad de Recuperaci\u00f3n de Veh\u00edculos de la\nPGJEH formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n por asalto y robo, cometido en agravio del\nayuntamiento de dicho municipio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, las personas\naprehendidas se acogieron a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional de 144\nhoras, por lo que su situaci\u00f3n legal se resolver\u00e1 durante la continuaci\u00f3n de la\naudiencia inicial que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el pr\u00f3ximo domingo 27 de noviembre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
