{"id":50241,"date":"2022-07-10T14:31:56","date_gmt":"2022-07-10T19:31:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=50241"},"modified":"2022-07-10T14:31:58","modified_gmt":"2022-07-10T19:31:58","slug":"secuestrador-condenado-a-50-anos-en-prision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2022\/07\/10\/secuestrador-condenado-a-50-anos-en-prision\/","title":{"rendered":"Secuestrador condenado a 50 a\u00f1os en prisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"888\" height=\"608\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/00000-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/00000-2.jpg 888w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/00000-2-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/00000-2-768x526.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 888px) 100vw, 888px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pachuca\nde Soto, Hgo.- La Unidad Especializada en el Combate al Secuestro (UECS) de la\nProcuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) present\u00f3 pruebas\nsuficientes con las que la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 para una persona, sentencia\nde 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por secuestro agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nhechos que investiga esta representaci\u00f3n social ocurrieron el 04 de septiembre\ndel 2019, al interior de un domicilio ubicado en la calle Jacarandas&nbsp; de la localidad de Dos Cerros, en\nMixquiahuala, cuando la v\u00edctima fue privada de su libertad con uso de violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\nprobable responsable identificado como Joel \u201cN\u201d, traslad\u00f3 al agraviado a un\nlugar donde lo mantuvo en cautiverio, mientras exig\u00eda el pago de un rescate a\ncambio de su libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las\nfamiliares de inmediato solicitaron la intervenci\u00f3n de la unidad antisecuestros,\ncuyo personal se encarg\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de las indagatorias correspondientes, de\nreunir datos de prueba contra el probable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\npersonal ministerial de la UECS, dio acompa\u00f1amiento necesario a las v\u00edctimas\nindirectas, mientras se desarrollaba un operativo t\u00e1ctico y de inteligencia\nmediante la que se rescat\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente\nse determin\u00f3 la responsabilidad del ahora sentenciado, motivo por el que\nenfrent\u00f3 el proceso penal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.- La Unidad Especializada en el Combate al Secuestro (UECS) de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) present\u00f3 pruebas suficientes con las que la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 para una persona, sentencia de 50 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n por secuestro agravado.
