{"id":48998,"date":"2022-05-18T21:09:16","date_gmt":"2022-05-19T02:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=48998"},"modified":"2022-05-18T21:09:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-19T02:09:17","slug":"david-enfrentara-su-procedimiento-en-libertad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2022\/05\/18\/david-enfrentara-su-procedimiento-en-libertad\/","title":{"rendered":"David enfrentar\u00e1 su procedimiento en libertad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>y<\/strong>Personal ministerial de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de procedimientos penales regi\u00f3n poniente, acredit\u00f3 ante un juez de control, la probable responsabilidad de una persona en hechos que la ley sanciona como homicidio, da\u00f1o en la propiedad y lesiones culposas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de\nla denuncia realizada ante esta representaci\u00f3n social, se iniciaron las\ninvestigaciones correspondientes contra una persona identificada como David\n\u201cN\u201d, quien es se\u00f1alado de impactar su veh\u00edculo con el autom\u00f3vil de las\nv\u00edctimas, esto sobre la carretera Apan-Tepeapulco, caus\u00e1ndole la muerte a una\nde ellas, as\u00ed como lesiones en agravio de otra, adem\u00e1s de los da\u00f1os materiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que la Subprocuradur\u00eda obtuvo los datos de prueba contra David \u201cN\u201d, los present\u00f3 ante un juez de control y obtuvo en audiencia inicial la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del probable.
