{"id":48736,"date":"2022-05-05T06:42:35","date_gmt":"2022-05-05T11:42:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=48736"},"modified":"2022-05-05T06:42:36","modified_gmt":"2022-05-05T11:42:36","slug":"pgjeh-investiga-a-jose-franz-n-por-feminicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2022\/05\/05\/pgjeh-investiga-a-jose-franz-n-por-feminicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"PGJEH  investiga a Jos\u00e9 Franz \u00abN\u00bb por feminicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"747\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/mix-2-1024x747.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48738\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/mix-2-1024x747.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/mix-2-300x219.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/mix-2-768x560.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/mix-2.jpg 1300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>MIXQUIAHUALA, Hgo.- Una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrita a la Fiscal\u00eda de delitos de g\u00e9nero y trata de personas, obtuvo de un juez de control el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para una persona investigada por feminicidio, ocurrido en Mixquiahuala de Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nhechos que se indagan, ocurrieron en enero del 2018 y de ellos tuvo\nconocimiento la entonces Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de\nG\u00e9nero, a trav\u00e9s de la notificaci\u00f3n del hallazgo del cuerpo sin vida de una\npersona de sexo femenino, por lo que de manera inmediata personal ministerial\ninici\u00f3 las investigaciones bajo el protocolo de feminicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una\nvez que se obtuvieron los datos de prueba, se logr\u00f3 determinar la probable\nresponsabilidad de una persona del sexo masculino identificada como Jos\u00e9 Franz\n\u201cN\u201d, en el feminicidio de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\npersonal ministerial responsable de la investigaci\u00f3n&nbsp; solicit\u00f3 al juez la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en\ncontra del probable y una vez que la autoridad judicial otorg\u00f3 el mandamiento\njudicial, este fue cumplimentado por elementos de la Divisi\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente\nel imputado fue presentado ante un juez de control en audiencia inicial en la\nque la fiscal\u00eda formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n y como resultado de ella a Jos\u00e9 Franz \u201cN\u201d\nle fue dictado el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\nprobable permanece bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.
