{"id":48111,"date":"2022-04-13T01:49:30","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T06:49:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=48111"},"modified":"2022-04-13T01:51:28","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T06:51:28","slug":"abrio-la-puerta-para-facilitar-la-fuga-de-un-preso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2022\/04\/13\/abrio-la-puerta-para-facilitar-la-fuga-de-un-preso\/","title":{"rendered":"Abri\u00f3 la puerta para facilitar la fuga de un preso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"780\" height=\"488\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/44843701-3dff-4065-8246-1af0c2247095-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-48112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/44843701-3dff-4065-8246-1af0c2247095-2.jpg 780w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/44843701-3dff-4065-8246-1af0c2247095-2-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/44843701-3dff-4065-8246-1af0c2247095-2-768x480.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 780px) 100vw, 780px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nCondenaron a un servidor p\u00fablico\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>APAN, HGO.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda poniente, obtuvo mediante procedimiento abreviado sentencia condenatoria para una persona, por evasi\u00f3n de presos agravada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que esta\nrepresentaci\u00f3n social investig\u00f3 ocurrieron en abril del 2021, mientras que el\nahora sentenciado se desempe\u00f1aba como servidor p\u00fablico adscrito a la direcci\u00f3n\nde seguridad p\u00fablica de Apan, municipio en donde se encontraba una persona\nprivada legalmente de su libertad, cuando el imputado identificado como\nBernardo \u201cN\u201d abri\u00f3 la puerta de la celda sin justificaci\u00f3n alguna, dejando en\nlibertad a la persona en referencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De lo ocurrido, se dio\nparte a la PGJEH, autoridad que inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n\ncorrespondiente por evasi\u00f3n de presos agravada.
