Su ex mujer decidi\u00f3\nrecurrir a los canales legales para que cumpla la obligaci\u00f3n que tiene con los\nmenores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proceso continuar\u00e1 y hasta se podr\u00eda recurrir a la v\u00eda penal\nen contra del tambi\u00e9n ex representante de la CNC por un fraude procesal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00eda proceder en contra del ex edil por el\ndelito de Incumplimiento de las Obligaciones de Asistencia Familiar vigente en\nel art\u00edculo 230 del C\u00f3digo Penal de Hidalgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho art\u00edculo dice: \u201cAl que sin motivo justificado, no\nproporcione los recursos indispensables de subsistencia a las personas con las\nque tenga ese deber legal, se le impondr\u00e1 prisi\u00f3n de tres a cuatro a\u00f1os y\nadem\u00e1s, suspensi\u00f3n de los derechos de familia en relaci\u00f3n con el ofendido,\nhasta por el m\u00e1ximo de la punibilidad privativa de libertad. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Juan Sabino Cruz PROGRESO DE OBREGON, Hgo.- Ra\u00fal \u201cN\u201d, ex Presidente Municipal de Progreso de Obreg\u00f3n, se ha negado a proporcionar el sustento a sus dos hijos y ahora enfrenta serios problemas en la v\u00eda familiar y podr\u00edan avanzar al \u00e1mbito penal.
