{"id":45570,"date":"2022-01-10T19:44:09","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T01:44:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=45570"},"modified":"2022-01-10T19:44:10","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T01:44:10","slug":"ismael-n-preso-por-violacion-en-agravio-de-una-menor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2022\/01\/10\/ismael-n-preso-por-violacion-en-agravio-de-una-menor\/","title":{"rendered":"Ismael \u00abN\u00bb preso por violaci\u00f3n en agravio de una menor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"495\" height=\"282\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/rwec.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45571\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/rwec.jpg 495w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/rwec-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>APAN, HGO.- Mediante\ninvestigaciones dirigidas por una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrita a la\nSubprocuradur\u00eda poniente, un juez de control dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a\nproceso para una persona por violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, ocurrida en Apan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que derivaron\nen el inicio de una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, sucedieron en 2021,&nbsp; cuando una persona menor de edad fue agredida\nsexualmente, situaci\u00f3n que fue denunciada y que deriv\u00f3 en el inicio de la\ncarpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente contra una persona identificada como\nIsmael \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez iniciadas las\ninvestigaciones contra el probable responsable, la parte agraviada recibi\u00f3\natenci\u00f3n por parte de un equipo multidisciplinario de la Procuradur\u00eda General\nde Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La agente del Ministerio\nP\u00fablico encargada de realizar las indagatorias, reuni\u00f3 los datos de prueba y\nlos present\u00f3 ante un juez de control, para solicitar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso\ndel imputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia\ninicial, la autoridad judicial concedi\u00f3 dicha vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para Ismael\n\u201cN\u201d, basado en las aportaciones realizadas por el personal ministerial de la\nSubprocuradur\u00eda poniente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El probable responsable\npermanece en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.
