{"id":45511,"date":"2022-01-06T14:44:09","date_gmt":"2022-01-06T20:44:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=45511"},"modified":"2022-01-06T14:44:10","modified_gmt":"2022-01-06T20:44:10","slug":"%ef%bb%bfebrio-choco-su-moto-y-muere-su-acompanante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2022\/01\/06\/%ef%bb%bfebrio-choco-su-moto-y-muere-su-acompanante\/","title":{"rendered":"\ufeffEbrio choc\u00f3 su moto y muere su acompa\u00f1ante"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"514\" height=\"327\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/c041f995-69a2-4740-a709-727a25d2a485-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45513\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/c041f995-69a2-4740-a709-727a25d2a485-2.jpg 514w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/c041f995-69a2-4740-a709-727a25d2a485-2-300x191.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 514px) 100vw, 514px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ahora es procesado por homicidio culposo agravado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.- Como resultado de las\ninvestigaciones dirigidas por un agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la\nSubprocuradur\u00eda oriente, un juez de control resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso a una\npersona por homicidio culposo agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos por los cuales es investigado el imputado, ocurrieron\nel pasado 9 de octubre sobre el viaducto R\u00edo de las Avenidas, en Pachuca de\nSoto, lugar donde ocurri\u00f3 un incidente de tr\u00e1nsito que tuvo como consecuencia\nla muerte de una persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El probable responsable identificado como Jorge Enrique \u201cN\u201d,\nconduc\u00eda en aparente estado de ebriedad una motocicleta, cuando impact\u00f3 contra\nla guarnici\u00f3n y el tronco de un \u00e1rbol, causando que su acompa\u00f1ante perdiera la\nvida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A causa de lo sucedido, esta representaci\u00f3n social inici\u00f3 la\ncarpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, por lo que el personal ministerial de\ninmediato reuni\u00f3 los datos de prueba contra el imputado.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial, la subprocuradur\u00eda formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n\npara Jorge Enrique \u201cN\u201d y solicit\u00f3 al juez de control su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de analizar las aportaciones realizadas por el Ministerio\nP\u00fablico, la autoridad judicial concedi\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para el\nimputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida cautelar se impuso la firma peri\u00f3dica ante la Unidad\nde Medidas Cautelares, la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n\njudicial y la prohibici\u00f3n para conducir veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ahora es procesado por homicidio culposo agravado Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.- Como resultado de las investigaciones dirigidas por un agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda oriente, un juez de control resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso a una persona por homicidio culposo agravado.
