{"id":45437,"date":"2021-12-31T02:15:18","date_gmt":"2021-12-31T08:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=45437"},"modified":"2021-12-31T02:16:47","modified_gmt":"2021-12-31T08:16:47","slug":"homicida-condenado-a-25-anos-de-prision-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2021\/12\/31\/homicida-condenado-a-25-anos-de-prision-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Homicida condenado a 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"521\" height=\"993\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/0000diosa-de-justicia-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/0000diosa-de-justicia-2-1.jpg 521w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/0000diosa-de-justicia-2-1-157x300.jpg 157w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 521px) 100vw, 521px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>TULA DE ALLENDE, Hgo.- Con base en los medios de prueba contundentes presentados por el personal ministerial de la Subprocuradur\u00eda poniente, un tribunal de enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para una persona responsable de homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos\nque dieron inicio a las investigaciones por parte de la Procuradur\u00eda General de\nJusticia del Estado de Hidalgo, ocurrieron en Tula de Allende cuando el\nimputado priv\u00f3 de la vida a la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tener\nconocimiento de lo ocurrido, esta representaci\u00f3n social inici\u00f3 la carpeta de\ninvestigaci\u00f3n contra el probable responsable, por homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agente del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico encargado de reunir los datos de prueba, los present\u00f3 ante\nun juez de control y obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Kevin Antonio \u201cN\u201d,\npersona que hasta ese momento era el probable responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agotadas\ntodas las etapas del proceso penal, la Subprocuradur\u00eda formul\u00f3 la acusaci\u00f3n\ncontra el imputado por los hechos antes mencionados y como resultado de las\nindagatorias realizadas por esta representaci\u00f3n social,&nbsp; el tribunal de enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 fallo\ncondenatorio, motivo por el que a Kevin Antonio \u201cN\u201d,&nbsp; le fue impuesta una pena de 25 a\u00f1os de\nprisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\nsentenciado, le fue fijado el pago de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y una cantidad\necon\u00f3mica por concepto de multa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TULA DE ALLENDE, Hgo.- Con base en los medios de prueba contundentes presentados por el personal ministerial de la Subprocuradur\u00eda poniente, un tribunal de enjuiciamiento dict\u00f3 sentencia condenatoria de 25 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n para una persona responsable de homicidio calificado.
