{"id":45343,"date":"2021-12-26T06:15:31","date_gmt":"2021-12-26T12:15:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=45343"},"modified":"2021-12-26T06:15:32","modified_gmt":"2021-12-26T12:15:32","slug":"dos-sujetos-investigados-por-violar-a-una-mujer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2021\/12\/26\/dos-sujetos-investigados-por-violar-a-una-mujer\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos sujetos investigados por violar a una mujer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"359\" height=\"233\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/safe_image-2-1-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45344\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/safe_image-2-1-3.jpg 359w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/safe_image-2-1-3-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuautepec e Hinojosa, <\/strong>Hgo.- Una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico con adscripci\u00f3n a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de delitos de g\u00e9nero, desaparici\u00f3n de personas e impacto social, aport\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes que permitieron a la autoridad judicial vincular a proceso a dos personas por su probable responsabilidad en violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos\nque fueron imputados a los probables, ocurrieron la madrugada del 7 de julio\ndel 2019, en la localidad de El Aserradero, en Cuautepec de Hinojosa, cuando\nuna persona de sexo femennino fue agredida sexualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tener\nconocimiento de lo ocurrido, la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de\nHidalgo (PGJEH), inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, al tiempo\nque la v\u00edctima recibi\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n integral por parte del personal especializado\nde la procuradur\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La agente del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico recab\u00f3 los datos de prueba contra dos personas identificadas\ncomo Octavio \u201cN\u201d y Abel \u201cN\u201d, por su probable responsabilidad en los hechos\nantes citados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la\naudiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n contra ambas\npersonas, y como resultado se obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por parte de la\nautoridad judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida\ncautelar el juez les dict\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva y para las partes fij\u00f3 un\nplazo de un mes para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuautepec e Hinojosa, Hgo.- Una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico con adscripci\u00f3n a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de delitos de g\u00e9nero, desaparici\u00f3n de personas e impacto social, aport\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes que permitieron a la autoridad judicial vincular a proceso a dos personas por su probable responsabilidad en violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada.
