Personal\nministerial adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda poniente, se encarg\u00f3 de realizar las\ninvestigaciones necesarias para allegarse de datos de prueba contra el probable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la\naudiencia inicial, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n contra\nel imputado, identificado como Gabriel \u201cN\u201d y solicit\u00f3 al juez de control su\nvinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, misma que fue dictada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos\nhechos, el imputado qued\u00f3 sujeto a la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva\njustificada y se fij\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n\ncomplementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ya fue pusto tras las rejas ACTOPAN, Hgo.- Un agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda poniente, obtuvo de un juez de control la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para una persona por delito contra la salud en su modalidad de narcomenudeo en su hip\u00f3tesis de posesi\u00f3n simple.
