De los hechos tuvo conocimiento el\nMinisterio P\u00fablico, autoridad que inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n\ncorrespondiente por homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado de las pesquisas se\nobtuvieron datos de prueba suficientes contra los tres probables, mismos que\nfueron presentados en audiencia inicial en la que la autoridad judicial\nconcedi\u00f3 a esta representaci\u00f3n social la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para las\npersonas imputadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa\nfue la medida cautelar para Erick Alfredo \u201cN\u201d,&nbsp;\nAlan Michael \u201cN\u201d y C\u00e9sar \u201cN\u201d.
