{"id":44225,"date":"2021-11-04T18:02:35","date_gmt":"2021-11-05T00:02:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=44225"},"modified":"2021-11-04T18:03:45","modified_gmt":"2021-11-05T00:03:45","slug":"agente-de-investigacion-capturado-en-flagrancia-por-pedir-dinero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2021\/11\/04\/agente-de-investigacion-capturado-en-flagrancia-por-pedir-dinero\/","title":{"rendered":"Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n capturado en flagrancia por pedir dinero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>V<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PACHUCA, Hgo.- Una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrita a la Visitadur\u00eda general de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) obtuvo de la autoridad judicial la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por cohecho e incumplimiento de un deber legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"888\" height=\"608\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/00000-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/00000-2-1.jpg 888w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/00000-2-1-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/00000-2-1-768x526.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 888px) 100vw, 888px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos investigados\ntuvieron lugar el 27 de octubre pasado, al interior de oficinas p\u00fablicas de la\nPGJEH con sede en Actopan, cuando un elemento de la Divisi\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n\nfue se\u00f1alado a trav\u00e9s de una denuncia, como la persona que presuntamente habr\u00eda\nsolicitado dinero en efectivo a cambio de realizar un tr\u00e1mite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por dicho motivo se realizaron\nlas indagatorias correspondientes contra la persona citada, identificada como\nRicardo \u00abN\u00bb, quien se desempe\u00f1a como agente de la Divisi\u00f3n de\ninvestigaci\u00f3n de la PGJEH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El probable responsable fue\ndetenido en flagrancia y puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a\nla Visitadur\u00eda general, donde se inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n en su\ncontra y&nbsp; una vez que se reunieron los\ndatos de prueba necesarios, estos fueron presentados ante la autoridad\njudicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial,\nel juez de control dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala\ncomo cohecho e incumplimiento de un deber legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida cautelar, al\nimputado se le impuso la separaci\u00f3n del cargo por el tiempo que dure el\nproceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plazo para el cierre de la\ninvestigaci\u00f3n complementaria es de tres meses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V PACHUCA, Hgo.- Una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrita a la Visitadur\u00eda general de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) obtuvo de la autoridad judicial la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por cohecho e incumplimiento de un deber legal.
