{"id":41562,"date":"2021-07-06T13:54:02","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T18:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=41562"},"modified":"2021-07-06T13:56:34","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T18:56:34","slug":"raterillos-puestos-tras-las-rejas-por-saquear-un-hogar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2021\/07\/06\/raterillos-puestos-tras-las-rejas-por-saquear-un-hogar\/","title":{"rendered":"Raterillos puestos tras las rejas por saquear un hogar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"359\" height=\"233\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/safe_image-2-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41563\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/safe_image-2-1-1.jpg 359w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/safe_image-2-1-1-300x195.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zimap\u00e1n, Hgo.- <\/strong>La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del\nestado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), obtuvo a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de\nProcedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para dos\npersonas por robo calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos que son investigados por la\nsubprocuradur\u00eda, ocurrieron el 30 de mayo pasado, en Zimap\u00e1n, cuando dos\npersonas ingresaron al domicilio de la v\u00edctima, de donde sustrajeron objetos de\nvalor, as\u00ed como cierta cantidad de dinero en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las v\u00edctimas de inmediato acudieron a\nla agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico, para denunciar los hechos y con ello se\niniciaran las investigaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico reuni\u00f3\nlos datos de prueba contra los probables identificados como Eri Fernando \u201cN\u201d y\nClaudio \u201cN\u201d,&nbsp; y los present\u00f3 ante un juez de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el desahogo de la audiencia\ninicial, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 que las aportaciones del Ministerio\nP\u00fablico eran suficientes para dictar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de los dos\nimputados, por robo calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida cautelar se les impuso la\nprisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y como plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n\ncomplementaria se establecieron dos meses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zimap\u00e1n, Hgo.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), obtuvo a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para dos personas por robo calificado.
