Por lo anterior el Ministerio\nP\u00fablico solicit\u00f3 al juez de control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que la autoridad judicial\notorg\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico el mandamiento judicial, agentes de la polic\u00eda\ninvestigadora le dieron cumplimiento y presentaron al agresor ante un juez\npenal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial, esta\nrepresentaci\u00f3n social formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n del probable y fue as\u00ed como el juez\nde control dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de este, por hechos se\u00f1alados por la\nley como feminicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez fij\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses\npara el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y como medida cautelar se le\nimpuso la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.- La Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero, obtuvo de un juez de control la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por su probable responsabilidad en hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala como feminicidio, ocurrido en Pachuca de Soto.
