Posteriormente la v\u00edctima acudi\u00f3 a la agencia del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico, para iniciar la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico\ninvestig\u00f3 y se alleg\u00f3 de datos probatorios y los present\u00f3 ante la autoridad\njudicial, quien luego de encontrarlos suficientes, dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a\nproceso del probable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente al concluir todas las etapas\ndel proceso penal, la PGJEH prob\u00f3 la responsabilidad de Ricardo Rogelio \u201cN\u201d en\nlos hechos antes descritos, por lo que el tribunal de enjuiciamiento le dict\u00f3\nsentencia condenatoria de 6 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n le fue fijado un monto por\nconcepto de multa para la reparaci\u00f3n de los da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IXMIQUILPAN, HGO.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), obtuvo a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, sentencia condenatoria de 6 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, para una persona responsable de asalto equiparado agravado.
