{"id":39807,"date":"2021-04-27T23:58:44","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T04:58:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=39807"},"modified":"2021-04-27T23:58:45","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T04:58:45","slug":"mecanico-golpeo-a-su-cliente-y-es-vinculado-a-proceso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2021\/04\/27\/mecanico-golpeo-a-su-cliente-y-es-vinculado-a-proceso\/","title":{"rendered":"Mec\u00e1nico golpeo a su cliente y es vinculado a proceso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/4f058168-9aa7-4e3e-bb0e-be6196f20c06-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39808\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/4f058168-9aa7-4e3e-bb0e-be6196f20c06-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/4f058168-9aa7-4e3e-bb0e-be6196f20c06-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/4f058168-9aa7-4e3e-bb0e-be6196f20c06-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/4f058168-9aa7-4e3e-bb0e-be6196f20c06.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>TIZAYUCA, Hgo.- La Procuradur\u00eda General\nde Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJE), a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de\nProcedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una\npersona, por su probable responsabilidad en hechos se\u00f1alados por la ley como\nabuso de confianza y lesiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En febrero del 2020, el imputado\nidentificado como Juan Carlos \u201cN\u201d, acudi\u00f3 al domicilio del afectado, ubicado en\nTizayuca, para prestar sus servicios como mec\u00e1nico, por lo que se llev\u00f3 el\nautom\u00f3vil para realizar las composturas necesarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiempo despu\u00e9s, la v\u00edctima solicit\u00f3 la\nentrega del veh\u00edculo, pero el probable se neg\u00f3 bajo el argumento de que el auto\nno se encontraba en el taller mec\u00e1nico, aunado a tal negativa, atac\u00f3 a golpes\nal afectado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por estos hechos, la agente\nrepresentante del Ministerio P\u00fablico,&nbsp; inici\u00f3 a la carpeta de\ninvestigaci\u00f3n correspondiente contra el probable e investig\u00f3 los datos de\nprueba que ser\u00edan expuestos ante el juez de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el desahogo de la audiencia\ninicial, la autoridad judicial encontr\u00f3 suficientes las aportaciones realizadas\npor la PGJEH, por lo que dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Juan Carlos\n\u201cN\u201d, los hechos antes descritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las medidas cautelares impuestas al\nprobable, fueron la vigilancia de la Unidad de Medidas Cautelares, la\nprohibici\u00f3n de acercarse al domicilio de la v\u00edctima y a la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s se fijaron dos meses para el\ncierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TIZAYUCA, Hgo.- La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJE), a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona, por su probable responsabilidad en hechos se\u00f1alados por la ley como abuso de confianza y lesiones.
