Derivado de esta agresi\u00f3n, la\nafectada acudi\u00f3 a las oficinas de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del\nestado de Hidalgo, en donde inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de ello, un agente del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico, reuni\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes y los present\u00f3 ante la\nautoridad judicial al momento de solicitar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del\nprobable identificado como Rafael \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en los datos de prueba\naportados por el representante ministerial, el juez penal dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n\na proceso por los hechos citados anteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s le fue impuesta la medida\ncautelar de no acercarse a la v\u00edctima y se fijaron tres meses como plazo para\nel cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tepeapulco, Hgo.-A trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, un juez de control dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Rafael \u201cN\u201d, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en hechos tipificados por la ley como violencia familiar.
