Un agente del Ministerio\nP\u00fablico reuni\u00f3 los datos probatorios con los que solicit\u00f3 al juez penal la\nvinculaci\u00f3n del imputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juez dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso\ne impuso la firma peri\u00f3dica y la prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse a la v\u00edctima, como\nmedidas cautelares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tres meses se establecieron como plazo\npara el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Emiliano zapata, Hgo.- Mediante las investigaciones realizadas por un agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente, se obtuvo del juez de control, la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona, por su probable responsabilidad en hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala como violencia familiar equiparada, en su modalidad f\u00edsica y psicol\u00f3gica.
