Derivado de lo ocurrido, se solicit\u00f3 la presencia de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), para iniciar con las investigaciones pertinentes a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda para la Atenci\u00f3n de\u00a0 Delitos de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-08-at-13.08.56-1024x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-08-at-13.08.56-1024x1024.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-08-at-13.08.56-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-08-at-13.08.56-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-08-at-13.08.56-768x768.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-08-at-13.08.56-160x160.jpeg 160w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-03-08-at-13.08.56.jpeg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Por los hechos antes descritos, las investigaciones por parte del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico se iniciaron bajo el protocolo de feminicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad ministerial reuni\u00f3 datos de prueba suficientes para\nsolicitar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Juan \u201cN\u201d,&nbsp; por hechos que la ley\nse\u00f1ala como feminicidio, una vez que se obtuvo el mandamiento judicial y fue\ncumplimentado por la Polic\u00eda Investigadora, el imputado fue presentado ante el\njuez penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial se formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n y como resultado de la\nmisma se obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida cautelar al imputado le fue impuesta la prisi\u00f3n preventiva\noficiosa y como plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria el juez\nde control fij\u00f3 tres meses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Agentes de la Fiscal\u00eda para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero, obtuvieron de la autoridad judicial la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por feminicidio, ocurrido en el municipio de Zempoala.
