R. V., ocurrieron la\nma\u00f1ana del 11 de septiembre de 2019, en las inmediaciones de una farmacia del\nfraccionamiento Pachoacan a un costado del fraccionamiento Juan. C. Doria, en\ndonde una mujer fue agredida con disparos de arma de fuego, provoc\u00e1ndole\nlesiones que pusieron en riesgo su vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado del inicio de la carpeta de\ninvestigaci\u00f3n comenzaron las indagatorias bajo el protocolo de feminicidio,\nmismas que dirigi\u00f3 una representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico con apoyo de\npersonal de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora y de los servicios periciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en las pesquisas realizadas, una agente se alleg\u00f3 de medios de prueba con los que solicit\u00f3 a la autoridad judicial la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del probable antes mencionado, misma que fue otorgada y posteriormente cumplimentada por agentes de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/7-29-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36858\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/7-29-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/7-29-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/7-29-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/7-29-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/7-29-160x160.jpg 160w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/7-29.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado fue presentado ante un juez\npenal con sede en Pachuca y en audiencia inicial solicit\u00f3 la duplicidad del\nplazo constitucional para resolver su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia,\nel juez consider\u00f3 como suficientes los medios aportados y dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n\na proceso del probable, as\u00ed mismo concedi\u00f3 dos meses para el cierre de la\ninvestigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El probable permanece en prisi\u00f3n\npreventiva oficiosa en el penal de Pachuca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una agente del ministerio p\u00fablico adscrita a la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n de Delitos de G\u00e9nero, de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), acredit\u00f3 ante un juez de control la probable responsabilidad de una persona en hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala como tentativa de feminicidio.
