{"id":35636,"date":"2020-10-27T21:58:56","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T03:58:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=35636"},"modified":"2020-10-27T21:58:58","modified_gmt":"2020-10-28T03:58:58","slug":"mujer-responsable-de-homicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2020\/10\/27\/mujer-responsable-de-homicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Mujer responsable de homicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"610\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/0000-HO-2-610x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-35637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/0000-HO-2-610x1024.jpg 610w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/0000-HO-2-179x300.jpg 179w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/0000-HO-2.jpg 646w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 610px) 100vw, 610px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIUDAD SAHAGUN.- Un agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), acredit\u00f3 la probable responsabilidad de una persona en hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala como homicidio culposo y lesiones culposas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 11 de septiembre una mujer\nidentificada como Lidia \u201cN\u201d a bordo de su veh\u00edculo circulaba por la colonia\nHidalgo, en la localidad de Ciudad Sahag\u00fan, municipio de Tepeapulco, cuando\nembisti\u00f3 a una mujer y a un menor de edad, causando lesiones y la p\u00e9rdida de la\nvida del infante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De estos hechos, tuvo conocimiento la\nPGJEH, por lo que a trav\u00e9s de la&nbsp;&nbsp;\nSubprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente se inici\u00f3 la\ncarpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que se recabaron los medios\nde prueba suficientes, el representante del ministerio p\u00fablico formul\u00f3 la\nimputaci\u00f3n en contra de la probable, misma que sirvi\u00f3 para que la autoridad\njudicial dictara la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Lidia \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida cautelar se impuso la\nprisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por el tiempo que dure el proceso penal, adem\u00e1s se\nfij\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CIUDAD SAHAGUN.- Un agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n poniente de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH), acredit\u00f3 la probable responsabilidad de una persona en hechos que la ley se\u00f1ala como homicidio culposo y lesiones culposas.
