{"id":33904,"date":"2020-08-01T00:04:41","date_gmt":"2020-08-01T05:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=33904"},"modified":"2020-08-01T00:04:43","modified_gmt":"2020-08-01T05:04:43","slug":"vinculan-a-sujeto-por-homicidio-calificado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2020\/08\/01\/vinculan-a-sujeto-por-homicidio-calificado\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a sujeto por homicidio calificado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"530\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/carcel.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33905\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/carcel.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/carcel-300x159.jpg 300w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/carcel-768x407.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un\nrepresentante del ministerio p\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de\nProcedimientos Penales de la regi\u00f3n oriente, a trav\u00e9s de las investigaciones realizadas\nreuni\u00f3 los datos de prueba en contra de un hombre investigado por homicidio\ncalificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\nZacualtip\u00e1n de \u00c1ngeles, el pasado 24 de junio del 2018 un hombre identificado\ncomo Heber \u201cN\u201d, arrib\u00f3 a un establecimiento comercial ubicado en&nbsp; la calle Vargas Lugo, lugar donde se\nencontraba la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\nmomento de ingresar a dicho negocio, el probable golpe\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima en la\ncabeza, provoc\u00e1ndole lesiones que hicieron que perder\u00e1 la vida en el lugar de\nlos hechos, posteriormente, el ahora imputado se dio a la fuga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\nestos hechos, tuvo conocimiento la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado\nde Hidalgo (PGJEH), por lo que a trav\u00e9s de la Subprocuradur\u00eda oriente, se\ninici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\nagente del ministerio p\u00fablico encargado de la investigaci\u00f3n, reuni\u00f3 los datos\nprobatorios que sirvieron para que se formulara la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de Heber\n\u201cN\u201d, quien en audiencia inicial fue vinculado a proceso por homicidio\ncalificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente\nHeber \u201cN\u201d cumple con la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un representante del ministerio p\u00fablico adscrito a la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales de la regi\u00f3n oriente, a trav\u00e9s de las investigaciones realizadas reuni\u00f3 los datos de prueba en contra de un hombre investigado por homicidio calificado.
