{"id":33656,"date":"2020-07-17T15:55:51","date_gmt":"2020-07-17T20:55:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/?p=33656"},"modified":"2020-07-17T15:55:52","modified_gmt":"2020-07-17T20:55:52","slug":"recurrente-violador-ya-esta-en-prision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/2020\/07\/17\/recurrente-violador-ya-esta-en-prision\/","title":{"rendered":"Recurrente violador ya est\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"521\" height=\"993\" src=\"https::\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/0000diosa-de-justicia-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33657\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/0000diosa-de-justicia-2.jpg 521w, https:\/\/elreporterohgo.com\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/0000diosa-de-justicia-2-157x300.jpg 157w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 521px) 100vw, 521px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Su v\u00edctima era una menor de edad <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zacualtip\u00e1n, Hgo.- <\/strong>A\ntrav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Litigaci\u00f3n de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de\nProcedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n oriente, un hombre fue vinculado a proceso luego\nde que se presentaran datos de prueba suficientes ante el juez de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nhechos en los que se relaciona al imputado, ocurrieron en el interior de un\ndomicilio ubicado en el municipio de Zacualtip\u00e1n, en donde presuntamente el\nprobable,&nbsp; desde el a\u00f1o 2019 la viol\u00f3 en\nreiteradas ocasiones sin que ella pudiera defenderse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado\nde estos actos que la ley marca como delito de violaci\u00f3n, la menor de edad en\ncompa\u00f1\u00eda de sus familiares, acudieron a la agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico para\niniciar la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n en contra de Florencio \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\nagente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, inici\u00f3 con las investigaciones correspondientes\npara reunir los datos de prueba en contra del probable y presentarlas ante el\njuez de control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En\naudiencia inicial, el juez de control dictamin\u00f3 que dichos datos presentados\npor la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH) eran\nsuficientes para, que Florencio \u201cN\u201d, fuera vinculado a proceso por violaci\u00f3n\nagravada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo\nla autoridad judicial, fij\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa\nen contra del probable, con un plazo de seis meses para el t\u00e9rmino de la\ninvestigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Su v\u00edctima era una menor de edad Zacualtip\u00e1n, Hgo.- A trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y Litigaci\u00f3n de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n oriente, un hombre fue vinculado a proceso luego de que se presentaran datos de prueba suficientes ante el juez de control.
