Madero,\nHgo.- <\/strong>Un agente del\nMinisterio P\u00fablico de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales regi\u00f3n\nponiente, present\u00f3 los datos de prueba suficientes ante el juez de control,\npara obtener la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de un hombre, por homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los\nhechos que se le imputan a Celso \u201cN\u201d, tuvieron lugar en calles del centro del\nmunicipio de Francisco I. Madero, cuando el probable agredi\u00f3 con proyectiles de\narma de fuego a la v\u00edctima, quien result\u00f3 con lesiones que le causaron la\nmuerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivado\nde lo ocurrido, se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n en contra del probable\nidentificado como Celso \u201cN\u201d, con base en los medios de prueba recabados por un\nagente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos Penales\nregi\u00f3n poniente, en audiencia inicial el juez de control dict\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a\nproceso en contra de este, por homicidio calificado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha\nautoridad judicial dict\u00f3 al probable la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva\noficiosa y determin\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n\ncomplementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Francisco I.
