Menjam\u00edn \u201cN\u201d, ocurrieron en Tasquillo, el\npasado 5 de mayo, en el momento en que presuntamente la imputada llev\u00f3 a un\nlugar solitario a la v\u00edctima para posteriomente cometer la agresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por\nlo ocurrido se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente y derivado de\nello, una agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Subprocuradur\u00eda de Procedimientos\nPenales regi\u00f3n poniente dirigi\u00f3 las indagatorias, mismas que se llevaron a cabo\ncon perspectiva de g\u00e9nero tanto para la parte agraviada como para la persona\nimputada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\ntrav\u00e9s de una investigaci\u00f3n objetiva y con enfoque apegado al respeto de los\nDerechos Humanos, se recabaron datos de prueba en contra de Ma.
