cumplea\u00f1os de su jefe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Juan Sabino Cruz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TEPEAPULCO, Hgo. \u2013 Deben existir compromisos muy fuertes para\nque Juan David Rico Fierro sea sostenido en el cargo de Secretario de Seguridad\nMunicipal de Tepeapulco-Sahag\u00fan, mismo que deja sin seguridad la ciudad y en\nforma irregular manda a lo oficiales a querer infraccionar al interior de una\ngasolinera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace un par de horas, seguidores de EL REPORTERO dieron a\nconocer que la ciudad qued\u00f3 desprotegida, pues el secretario Juan David\norganizo su fiesta de cumplea\u00f1os y se llev\u00f3 a todo el personal, dejando\ndesprotegida a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n no confirmada estableci\u00f3 que se registr\u00f3 la sustracci\u00f3n\nde una menor por conflictos entre familias, pretendieron solicitar ayuda de\nSeguridad Municipal, pero nunca contestaron en la comandancia, as\u00ed que debi\u00f3\nllegar apoyo de la Polic\u00eda de Pachuca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nada nuevo, pues en ocasiones anteriores se ha dejado sin seguridad\nla ciudad, como el d\u00eda en que los polic\u00edas se concentraron en la comandancia\ncon su director para degustar esquites y unos ricos tequilas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ARBITRARIOS Y\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-facebook wp-block-embed is-type-video hicieron llegar un video donde efectivos\nde Seguridad y Vialidad Municipal de Tepeapulco pretenden infraccionar a un\ncamionero que buscaba cargar di\u00e9sel con el motor encendido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es tanta la ignorancia de Luis David Rico que ignora que de estar\nprohibido cargar combustible con el motor encendido debe ser una disposici\u00f3n de\nProtecci\u00f3n Civil y, por ende, esa instituci\u00f3n debe encargarse de sancionar al\nexpendio de combustible por permitirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni hablar, parece que el pueblo de Tepeapulco-Sahag\u00fan tendr\u00e1 que soportar esa arbitraria e ineficiente polic\u00eda en virtud que parece que es inamovible Juan David Rico, supuestamente muy recomendado y con fuertes compromisos para que ni el edil, Alfonso
